This Terms of Service agreement governs your use of our website and outlines the legal rules for purchasing our made-to-order apparel, which is custom-printed and fulfilled by our partner, Printful. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All products available on our store are manufactured using a print-on-demand model.

  • Custom Production: Items do not exist in a warehouse; they are created individually after an order is successfully placed and paid for.

  • Fulfillment Partner: We use third-party services, primarily Printful, to manufacture, pack, and ship our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your manufacturing and shipping details will be securely processed by this partner.

 

2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • Address Accuracy: You are entirely responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an item is returned to the fulfillment facility due to an invalid or insufficient address, you will be required to pay the reshipment fees.

 

3. Pricing and Product Modifications

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Service Interruptions: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product, design, or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance.

 

4. Final Sale & Return Restrictions

Because items are printed on demand, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives physically damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • Buyer's Remorse: As outlined in our Return Policy, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchange requests for change of mind or incorrect sizing choices.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—including website code, text, graphics, logos, images, and custom apparel designs—is the property of our store and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our designs or website content without express written permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be completely uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall our store, directors, or partners (including Printful) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
